By ordering products from this site the buyer agrees to buy at the price stated and in the way described on the site. The seller’s acceptance of the order is conditional on receipt of payment, the ability of the seller to provide the product and there being no error or innocent misrepresentation by either party.

The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from this agreement and return any goods in the condition and packaging in which they were received within 14 days of receiving them. Any payment, which has been received for the goods, will be refunded to the buyer within 30 days of the goods being received back by the seller.

The buyer accepts responsibility for judging the suitability of the product for the buyer’s required purpose.

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

In addition representations of colours may vary from one computer monitor set up to another; and in light of this colours should be taken as guidance only.

Postage and Delivery

Delivery will be £4.99 unless otherwise specified. Please note that this relates to mainland UK deliveries only. All other deliveries will be charged for at cost.

Deliveries are by courier service from  Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am - 5.30pm (except Bank Holidays). All deliveries have to be signed for, if unable to deliver the courier will leave a delivery card. It is then the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for the collection of their goods or them to be re-delivered at the expense of the buyer. If after 5 days the goods have not been collected or re-delivered they will be returned to Justsportsballs.co.uk. Returned goods will be refunded minus the outgoing and return carriage costs.

We aim to despatch all ‘in stock’ orders within 10 working days.

‘Out of Stock’ items – should a product be temporarily out of stock we shall keep you informed.

Credit Card Security

We have taken steps to ensure that using a third party payment system, in this case, Protx, your payment information is processed accurately and confidentially. This means that we do not have access to and therefore cannot store your credit card details.

Privacy Policy

We understand that some customers have concerns regarding privacy and we are fully committed to protecting it. The information that we collect from you is used exclusively to process your order and we will not pass any of your details onto third parties for profit or otherwise.

Returns Policy

Goods must be returned, in a re-saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt and must be in the original packaging, together with any instructions or labels.
